Orders & Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard ground shipping is free for all orders over $150.00. For orders under $150, a flat standard rate of $12.00 applies. White-Glove inside placement is available on all freight furniture orders across the continental US.
You will receive automated tracking information as soon as your shipment departs our fulfillment warehouse. For large freight pieces (sofas, credenzas, beds), our delivery partner will call you 48 hours prior to arrange a 2-hour delivery window that fits your schedule.
Returns & Guarantee
We understand that furniture looks different in every room's unique ambient light. We invite you to enjoy our pieces for 30 calendar days. If you are not completely enchanted, we will schedule a convenient pickup and refund your order in full.
Our structural warranty covers solid wood frames, joinery, drawer glides, spring systems, and metal structural components against manufacturing defects under normal domestic residential use for 10 full years from the purchase date.
Materials & Sustainability
Yes. All our upholstery fabrics, including our heavy linen and velvet lines, are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning they are completely free from harmful flame retardants, PFAS forever chemicals, heavy metals, and formaldehyde.
Our stoneware pieces are fired at over 2,200°F and finished with food-grade lead-free glazes. They are safe for microwave and dishwasher use. For heirloom longevity, gentle hand washing with natural soap is recommended.
